Greetings m’lords and m’ladies!

Welcome to the Newcomers page and thank you for your interest in the Society for Creative Anachronism and the Barony of Fontaine dans Sable! Below you will find links to some excellent information that will help you begin your journey into the current middle ages!!! In addition, you will see the times and locations for our populace meeting and our local practices.

No matter if you are an aspiring artisan, warrior, archer, or herald, you will find members of the fine populace of Fontaine dans Sable who can answer your questions, or at least direct you to someone who can answer your questions at any of our activities, regardless of their focus.

Populace Meetings (All are Welcome!!!) are on the 1st Thursday of the month @ 5:30 PM

Location: Arkin’s Juice Tavern 3030 E Main St. Farmington, NM 87401

Fighter Practices 

(All are Welcome, Loaner Equipment is Available).  

Saturdays starting at 1 pm at Kiwanis Park, Farmington, NM (this practice may not be held year round, please contact the Chatelaine or the Seneschal to verify. We also post notices on the Shire of Fontaine dans Sable Meeting House Facebook page).

Archery

Archery practice takes place on Sundays at 10 AM at 122 County Road 2755, Aztec, NM 87410. Please note that this is a private residence, so keep an eye out for the sign when you arrive.
