DESCRIPTION:Second UPDATE: Preregistration will no longer be required after July 1\, so please join us! Garb is not required\, but it is up to you if you wish to wear it. Please come comfortable!\n\nUPDATE: Please note the new time and day and location below! All that plan to attend MUST still preregister\, see the information below for that process. Where we will be at a public park on a holiday weekend\, please no garb\, dress comfortably in your mundanes. Please bring a chair or blanket for the grass and whatever else you need to be comfortable!\n\n\n \n\n\nJuly Populace Meeting\n\n\nWhen: Sunday\, July 4 from 6-7 pm\n\n\nWhere: Mossman Gladden Park (2115 Camina Placer\, Farmington\, NM 87401)\n\n\n \n\n\nWhat to do if you wish to attend: \n\n\nContact Master Duncan MacRae (Rick Nielson) and let him know!\n\n\nHe can be emailed at FontaineHerald@gmail.com (preferred contact). You may also reach out via FB Messenger or text him at 719 – 213 – 5684. Preregistration must be done 24 hours before the activity\, so your deadline is 6 pm on Saturday\, July 3rd! Anyone not preregistered will not be allowed to participate in the Populace Meeting.\n\n\n \n\n\nUnder Kingdom of the Outlands reopening plans we will be FULLY OPEN as of July 1st. This means in person meetings and events of any size are allowed as long as local and state government mandates are met. Again\, we will require preregistration and we are limited to 150 people\, per NM guidelines. I have also attached the current CDC guidelines for facemasks. which is what NM is currently using\, the Kingdom guidelines state we must follow the local/state rules for gatherings on this: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/participate-in-activities.html (In summary\, those that are fully vaccinated do not need to wear masks. If you are at “a small\, outdoor gathering with fully vaccinated and unvaccinated”\, those that are unvaccinated are asked to wear a mask.
