Preregistration is now CLOSED.

Please click on this LINK to preregister. Fill out the form and you will be emailed a PayPal invoice within 24-48 hours where you may pay the Gate Fee for Crown Tournament using a card or your PayPal account.

Invoices MUST be paid within 72 hours. After that, the invoice will be canceled.

Preregistration will END on Saturday, April 8th. No exceptions.

Fees: Adult Member (ages 13 and up) $15, Adult Non-Member $20, Children (ages 12 and under) are Free

On-site registration will accept cash and credit/debit cards at the Gate.

Items you must bring to gate: 

–  Proof of membership (must not expire before April 30, 2023), if applicable.

–  Minors (under 18) attending WITHOUT their parents must bring the properly notarized paperwork. The parents must have this paperwork completed and notarized PRIOR to Spring Crown. 

Refund Policy

–  Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.

–  All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after Spring Crown, after attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.

–  Refund requests will be issued by paper check only.

– To ask for a refund, please contact Fontaine dans Sable’s Exchequer at fontaineexchequer@gmail.com.

Request should be made at least 14 days before the event. The email must include full name (SCA and Legal) and a valid mailing address. Refunds will be made by check minus the PayPal fees (1.99%+$0.49 per transaction) after the PayPal funds have been received by the Barony.
