July 2021 Populace Meeting

Second UPDATE: Preregistration will no longer be required after July 1, so please join us! Garb is not required, but it is up to you if you wish to wear it. Please come comfortable!
UPDATE: Please note the new time and day and location below! All that plan to attend MUST still preregister, see the information below for that process. Where we will be at a public park on a holiday weekend, please no garb, dress comfortably in your mundanes. Please bring a chair or blanket for the grass and whatever else you need to be comfortable!
July Populace Meeting
When: Sunday, July 4 from 6-7 pm
Where: Mossman Gladden Park (2115 Camina Placer, Farmington, NM 87401)

Preregistration must be done 24 hours before the activity, so your deadline is 6 pm on Saturday, July 3rd! Anyone not preregistered will not be allowed to participate in the Populace Meeting.
Under Kingdom of the Outlands reopening plans we will be FULLY OPEN as of July 1st. This means in person meetings and events of any size are allowed as long as local and state government mandates are met. Again, we will require preregistration and we are limited to 150 people, per NM guidelines. I have also attached the current CDC guidelines for facemasks. which is what NM is currently using, the Kingdom guidelines state we must follow the local/state rules for gatherings on this: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/participate-in-activities.html (In summary, those that are fully vaccinated do not need to wear masks. If you are at “a small, outdoor gathering with fully vaccinated and unvaccinated”, those that are unvaccinated are asked to wear a mask. We will not ask anyone their vaccination status and will trust SCA members to do the chivalrous thing!)
By attending this event, you are confirming that you (as well as any minors that you are parent or guardian for):
➢ Are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including but not limited to:
•Fever or chills
•Dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
•Muscle or body aches
•New loss of sense of taste or smell
➢ Have not been near someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 within the last 14 days without following CDC guidance for self-quarantine.
➢ Agree to follow all COVID safety restrictions imposed by the SCA, the event site, and/or local, state, provincial, or federal government or health authorities.
